1.Do you offer assembly services for furniture?

Answer:We currently do not offer in-home assembly services for furniture. However, all of our products that require assembly come with detailed instructions and installation videos. You can assemble the furniture yourself or hire a local technician for assistance.

2.What if my furniture arrives damaged or defective?

Answer:If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@arvionfurn.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or issuing a refund.

3.Do you offer free shipping?

Answer:Yes, All orders get free delivery.

4.Do you ship internationally?

Answer:Yes, we offer international shipping to multiple countries. For a list of available shipping destinations and delivery times, please refer to our Shipping Policy page.

5.How long does it take for my order to ship?

Answer:When you place an order with ArvionFurn.com we will have to process the order first. Processing usually takes 5-10 business days for your order. 
We will send you an email if the processing for your order takes longer than expected. Shipping time will depend on which country you reside in. 
Please refer to our Shipping policy for more details on how long it will take to get your package.

6.Do you offer door-to-door delivery?

Answer:Our standard delivery service is curbside delivery, which means the items will be delivered to the exterior of your address or a designated area.Please note that this service does not include bringing the items into your home or assembling them.
If you request delivery beyond curbside, such as into a home, office, apartment building, lift area, or upstairs, any additional charges incurred by the carrier will be borne by the customer.

7.Can I cancel or modify my order?

Answer:It is available to change your mind after placing the order, including but not limited to: switch to another color, size, style or a different product, changes in address. (Only before the shipment begins, please check the Return & Exchange Policy)

9.How to use the Coupon Code

Answer:Discount codes must be applied at checkout and are generally limited to one per order. We reserve the right to cancel orders or revoke discounts in cases of promotional abuse. Discounts cannot be applied to orders that have already been processed.

10.Why haven't I received an order confirmation or shipping email?

Answer:If you haven’t received an order confirmation or shipping email, it may be because you did not provide an email address during checkout, which led to the system being unable to successfully send the emails. To ensure you receive timely order updates, please make sure to provide a valid email address when placing an order. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us, and we will resolve it promptly.
